You can use the discussion guides to turn the experience into a company-wide event.
The content:

Session two: Strategies and techniques for “making them comfortable with you” -- How to build rapport tactically, and invest in relationships strategically. How to master the art of asking good sales questions.

Session three: Making more effective presentations. How to increase the quantity and quality of sales presentations. How to do “bigger deals.”

Session four: Closing and following up. How to leverage every deal into more opportunities. Applying your new skills to improving every sales call.
How it works:
1. Register yourself and your sales people. See the quantity pricing schedule below. Choose the month in which you want to engage with the program.
2. We’ll grant four weeks’ access for each individual to our on-line Sales Resource Center, where the lessons reside. We’ll send you, as well as each sales person, an email with specific directions on how to access and view the lessons. As the Sales Manager, you’ll have access to a special program providing an overview of the program, making suggestions for assignments for your sales force, and providing discussion guides for each of the lessons.
3. Sales people take the four Top Gun Lite lessons on their own time, on their own computers, any time 24/7, within the month you have chosen.
4. You engage your sales people in a discussion, make assignments, or monitor their progress.
